¼ cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
½ cup of water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
½ lemon or lime, juiced
1 red onion, minced
¼ cup butter
½ cup tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Reduce by simmering the above ingredients uncovered for 40 minutes or until it looks like molasses. Add the last 2 ingredients and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Spread to your grilled chicken and enjoy it!

FLOUR TORTILLAS
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
3/4 cup water
Directions
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in shortening with a fork. Add water, a little at a time, and mix until the dough comes together. Place on a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 to 3 munites until smooth. Divide the dough into approximately 10 to 12 pieces: roll each piece into a ball. Cover and allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Preheat a nonstick griddle over medium to high heat. Flour a rolling pin and sprinkle flour on a clean surface. Flatten one ball at a time until thin. May also be flattened manually on a greased plate. Place on the hot griddle and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on both sides. May be slightly browned.
Makes 10 to 12–6'’ round tortillas.
