How Often Do You Stay for the End Credits?

‘Marcel the Shell With Shoes On’ captivated me till the very end

People in or around Los Angeles are more likely to stay for the end credits in a movie theater because the chances of knowing someone who worked on a film are higher. Even so, it’s not that common for people to stick around.

I usually walk out while my parents stay; many movies are so long that I start getting distracted by my bladder by the end of a film. Or just start feeling antsy if the movie isn’t wholly engaging.

As someone who only watches one or two new Marvel releases per year, their post-credit scenes aren’t must-sees for me, either. Sometimes they’re fun, but I don’t need foreshadowing for a character or plot point I won’t see later.
