Growth from International Software Developer Professionals

The consensus is something we at Integrify have known for a long time, but we are more than happy that the topic has sparked a lot of discussion during the recent years. I can’t say this hurts our mission to enable integration through technology.

From our own experience we know it is very difficult to integrate to the Finnish society. There are many reasons behind this, one of the major ones being the language barrier. However, during the past 2–3 years we have seen an encouraging trend of companies going more international and many of them welcoming and hiring people who don’t speak Finnish. It doesn’t mean that the whole company language necessarily needs to be changed to English, but some departments can easily make the switch. Especially we see this in IT / technological departments.

Many companies say that they are eager to hire international talent but don’t know where to begin. Sometimes reaching the right people can be really difficult. This makes our work at Integrify fulfilling. We train people of immigrant background modern web and software development and connect them with the job market in Finland. After a successful pilot (all participants landing a job, yay!) we are now scaling operations and start the next training cohort in December.

Now is the perfect time to develop your organisational talent with international professionals. I’d be more than happy to discuss cooperation possibilities regarding software developers you might need.
