Week 11 Gambling Picks

We’re back for another week of gambling as we look to go 9–0.

Last week we were back. The picks were 5–1 at the halfway point and nothing could go wrong, right?

Well then we ended the day 1–5 in route to a mediocre 6–6. The “bet of the century” didn’t cash. We are now 61–44 on the year, good for 58% on the season. Still better than Clay Travis.

This week, I am more confident than ever. I can feel it now, we are going to dominate the world. 9 picks are on the docket this week as we prepare to go 9–0.

Here come the picks:

Michigan State +17 at Ohio State Noon Fox

I understand that this is an Ohio State team that is going to be looking to prove themselves this weekend, but 17 points is entirely too much. Michigan State has already beat Penn State and Michigan this year, and could very well beat the Buckeyes Saturday. There is no way we lose this bet.

Florida at South Carolina -6 Noon CBS

If South Carolina can score 14 points, we will win this bet. Florida’s offense couldn’t score a touchdown on air right now. They were embarrassed a week ago by Missouri and their whole program is a huge mess. The Gamecocks have a good defense and I see them winning this one 17–3.

Wake Forest +1 at Syracuse 3:00 ACCN

Both teams are having a surprisingly good season, with Syracuse having the big win over Clemson earlier this season. This will be a fun one to watch, but the Demon Deacons are ultimately the better team here. Wake will win by at least a touchdown, and reach bowl eligibility Saturday on the road.

FAU -6 at Louisiana Tech 3:30 Twitter

Lane Kiffin has done an exceptional job coaching the Owls into first place in their conference at this point in the season. Their offense is electric, but the big surprise has been the Owls defense. They currently have a turnover differential that is top 10 in the country. FAU wins by at least two possessions Saturday and we cash on this one.

West Virginia +1 at Kansas State 3:30 ESPN2

Will Grier is the best quarterback in college football. West Virginia may be 6–3, but they could easily be undefeated if a few plays went their way. Kansas State has been entirely mediocre this year. The Wildcats lost to Vanderbilt earlier this season and Vandy sucks. The Mountaineers win this one by a pair of touchdowns.

Georgia -2 at Auburn 3:30 CBS

Auburn is the only 2 loss team that still could make the college football playoffs. If the Tigers beat both Georgia and Alabama, then beat the Bulldogs again in the SEC championship game, it would be very hard to leave them out. Luckily, we won’t have to worry about any of that because Georgia is going to handle them on the road tomorrow.

USC -14 at Colorado 4:00 Fox

USC is rolling as of late, putting up 48 and 49 points in back to back wins over the Arizona schools. Colorado, on the other hand, just really isn’t very good. They are 2–5 in the conference and are coming off a double digit loss at the hands of Arizona State. They won’t be able to stop Sam Darnold and co. and the Trojans win this one handily.

Tulane -5.5 at East Carolina 7:00 CBSSN

It is very clear to see that East Carolina is getting better as the season progressing. However, putting lipstick on a pig doesn’t make it pretty, and the Pirates have just gotten less awful. Tulane hasn’t had a great year, but they can still beat ECU by at least a touchdown. Remember, we always bet against ECU here at Mainland.

Notre Dame -3 at Miami 8:00 ABC

Hopefully betting against Miami this week goes a little better for us than it did a week ago. This is my lock of the week. I love this Notre Dame team. They have the best offensive line in college football and I don’t think Miami can do enough to slow the run game down. Notre Dame gets a big win on the road and further strengthens its resume as a playoff team.

That’s all the picks for the week. It is a great weekend for college football, so sit back, relax, and win some money on this fine weekend.

As always, don’t be selfish and share this with your friends. Be sure to tune back in next week for the best picks on the web.

Happy Gambling!
